Liz is a former Managing Director of Banker’s Trust Company. Liz holds a Master’s degree in Executive Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall, Strategic Planning & Management programs at Harvard, and Trust Indenture Dynamics through the American Banking Association, preceded by two bachelor's degrees — a BA in Labor Relations and a BS in Mathematics from Rutgers. Notably, Liz is a former U.S. banking representative to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and a presenter of private placement products at the Leaders Group annual conference and the Annual Private Placement Life Insurance and Variable Annuities Forum. Liz has also been recognized for her work in the financial industry, being featured in the Financial Times.

Mark Jacobs is widely considered to be an expert in the field of risk management and participatory risk coverages. His expertise in insurance companies and his comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international regulations have resulted in the formation, management, and operation of over 200 successful transactions over the last twenty years. Mark is a longstanding member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS) and the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA). Mark proven track record attracts invitations to speak at professional events around the world. He is the President and Director of Madison International Insurance Company.
Robert Zack, JD

Robert Zack was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the States of Michigan (1981), Florida (1986), and as a Solicitor of England and Wales (2008). Additionally, Robert is Florida Board Certified Health Lawyer (1995-2020) and was Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator (2001-2020). Additionally, he is currently appointed to Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida 2008-present.

He is a respected industry speaker and has authored articles in Trusts & Estates, AALU’s Washington Report, and National Underwriter. Member of the BAR Association in New York and Connecticut. He is fluent in Spanish and is involved in charitable work in Fairfield County, CT.

Kristin holds an MS in Chemical Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology and has successfully transitioned into the financial sector.
